I’m passionate about finding the right person for leadership roles, boards and not for profit organisations.

I first met Jason and Sarah working in an agency nearly 20 years ago. Since then, together we’ve created world class internal recruitment functions in financial services and now, after founding Businessary nearly eight years ago, we offer that same level of service and capability for your business.
Recruitment is in my bones, I love it and I love to help businesses get better at it. I’ve sat in your chair and understand only too well the demands on internal recruitment functions, particularly the often-impossible task of balancing strategic needs with actual delivery.
With almost two decades leading in-house teams and providing recruitment consultancy, I’ve had the pleasure of working for a wide variety of dynamic businesses, including Bank of Scotland, Slade Group, Westpac, Gallagher and REA Group.
I believe recruitment is a craft, and if you’re going to be a craftsperson you have to be ‘on the tools’ – telling your authentic business story well, and creating great sourcing strategies that go beyond chucking a job ad up and crossing your fingers.
My background as a Recruitment Consultant, Operations Manager, Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant has been gathered in a number of industries including insurance, consulting and government, such as Slade Group, OAMPS Insurance Brokers, Gallagher, the Department of Justice and now Businessary.
