Recruitment Marketing Return on Investment

The Businessary team partnered up with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s Talent team to help turn the Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition into a living, breathing, return on investment campaign. Through the use of in-branch posters with QR codes, custom-built landing pages and branded social tiles, we’re pleased to note that within just a few months our role-specific campaigns delivered 489 potential candidates and 15 successful new hires. All without a dollar of ad spend or agency fees.
