SPACECUBE is a growing company in the building, construction, and events sectors. SPACECUBE has experienced rapid growth and looks to its leaders to play an active role in people management. However, their CEO and CFO recognised it was important to have access to HR expertise and Businessary has provided outsourced HR support for over two years. This has included ad hoc advice, as well as project delivery. 

To support SPACECUBE’s continued expansion, its leaders agreed to implement an incentive scheme. As the business evolved, it became clear that encouraging productivity and innovation—particularly within the project management and sales teams—would be essential for future success.

The solution

Businessary worked closely with SPACECUBE to present various options for incentives. This involved creating a clear incentive policy, complemented by one-page summaries tailored to each team—sales, leadership, and project management.

Our HR lead, worked alongside key internal stakeholders, particularly the finance team, to ensure the scheme was both financially sound and aligned with the company’s growth strategy. The project moved forward at a comfortable pace, with clear communication throughout. Employees were kept informed about what they needed to achieve to be eligible for rewards, which created a sense of purpose and clarity.

The results

The introduction of the incentive scheme gave employees a better understanding of their targets and the rewards they could earn, fostering transparency and enthusiasm. Morale noticeably lifted as teams and individuals felt more motivated to contribute to the company’s growth.

Aligning performance with rewards also helped SPACECUBE manage its financial goals and plan for the future more effectively.
